SERMON

TOPIC: REAL MINISTRY IN CELL

Ministry is work. A cell leader is a Pastor. Ministry is touching lives

What is Ministry:

1. Feeding the Flock: (I Peter 5:2, John 15:16). While you feed your flock:

(a) You must learn to be patient.

(b) You must learn how to feed the flock.

2. Manifest your calling.

3. Prayer/ Travailing. There is a necessity for prayer. Your prayers go a long way towards the success of your ministry. (Isaiah 66:8, Gal 4:19).

What does a Priest do?

1. A Priest have two major work. A Priest stands between human being and spirit. He feels the position of an intercessor. (Rev. 5:10).

2. A Priest is bold enough to face any challenge.

How to equip yourself as a believer:

1. By studying the bible.

2. Discipleship.

3. Prayer/ Travailing (Isaiah 66:8, Gal 4:19).

TESTIMONY

1. We thank God for a successful Women Convention at Aba. We also thank God that we were not robbed on our way back last night. Testifiers: Miss. Chioma Ukpabi, Miss. Juliet Amos, Miss. Tina.

2. I thank God for saving me from electric shock. I really bless the Mighty name of God. Testifier: Mr. Emeka 

3. I thank God for the Women Convention. I really appreciate God for using our Pastor, Pastor Dire for supporting my family thus far. I aslo thank God on behalf of my wife as she celebrates her birthday. Testifier: Elder Nnoke.

4. I really appreciate God for His faithfulness in my life. On Tuesday we were travelling from Ohafia to Aba, after climbing ab hill, the front tire removed. I am here to praise God for the preservation of Life. Mr. Kelechi

5. Since I came to this Church (Dominion City) I have never stopped smiling. This Church is whao! I have no regret coming to this Church. let me tell you, if you are not coming to Communion service you are missing. If you don't come you are on your own. On Tuesday, I had some issues at the office, I then ran to Pastor and he prayed for me thereafter I came for Communion Service and I told God that whenever I return to the office I want my Boss to value me. 6. David says that "I am happy when they say lets go to the house of God". I am to appreciate God for Whom He is in my life. A man connected to Grace is not permitted to be disgraced. I really thank God for all He has been doing for me and my family. I am Dominating in Jesus name. Testifier: 

7. I have alot of testimonies. Last week I wanted to travel to school (at Owerri), But, I had to redeem my pledge to Church despite the facts that I needed to travel. So I went to redeem my pledge and Pastor prayed for me; just the following day I got more than enough funds and when I went to School, amidst of the files of students that were missing, my file wasn't missing and I was able to do my clearance and now am ready for NYSC. During week, I thank for saving me from a fall inside the pit. I really appreciate God for all He has been doing in my life. Testifier: Mr. James Kalu

WORD MINISTRATION

We all came from the Spirit realm. We are meant to worship God with all that we are and have. God values worship. Whenever God asks you to do something, don't linger, do it! If you are having difficulty in observing your early morning prayer, just play instrumentals, instruments originated from God (Psalm 92:3). Instrumentals have a way of ministering to your Spirit man. Real worship can lift burdens, change your story. Every man of God needs an anointed Psalmist Worshiper.

Whenever you begin to think of independence, so much that you insult all other help that comes your way, you are proud; thinking you can do all by yourself. Same applies to paying tithes, all that God requires from us is 10% and we hold on to the remaining 90%. But the moment we eat the tithe we are exhibiting some level of pride. And this attitude is so bad that it manifests in our lives at every phase even in the family.

 CHARACTERISTICS OF A SON

1. Responsibility: 

A son shows full responsibility of His father's things and guard them jealously from the attack and assault of the enemy.

2. Desire for Knowledge (Hosea 4:6; Proverbs 4:7):

Your desire for knowledge shows that you are a true son. In the family of God, there are levels of graces, a son that doesn't distinguishes himself can't enjoy the full blessings of the father. (2 Timothy 2:15). Life is highly predictable. The real education is investing in literature and not the certificate issuing institutions. If you must excel very well in your chosen field of study, you must invest in literature. (Proverbs 11:22). Knowledge, Relationship and Circumstances increases your Capacity. Anything Power gets, Wisdom keeps. You do not find knowledge just for your academic advancement, you also gather knowledge for your spiritual advancement (You can never receive revelations from God  that's beyond your knowledge). For wisdom to come, knowledge must be given. If you must increase in Christ, you must be very hungry to acquire more knowledge. You limit growth in your life when you neglect the study of the Bible. (Proverbs 1:1-6). Wisdom is not by age. Never stop acquiring knowledge. Knowledge is necessary in marriage; don't wait till you are married. When you acquire knowledge, you become an asset. This principle applies to a believer at all phases of life (family, place of work, business entrepreneurs) Genesis 30: 25-27.  How much have you increased your skill in you chosen field of work? What distinguishes you from your competitors? What makes you sort after? What's your kind of packaging? Are you dynamic?

PRAYER POINTS:

1. Lord take away this cloth of ignorance from me.

2. Lord open my eyes to oppourtunities around me.

3. Lord, let there be unusual knowledge and light in my life.

4. Lord, give me grace to pursue knowledge.

(N.B: The next time you pray, get a chair and a table with you pen and book, and begin to speak in tongues; certainly God will minister unto you).

SUNDAY SERVICE 21ST AUGUST, 2016.

TESTIMONY

 1. Last Sunday, I invited a lady to Sunday Worship Service, during the Word Ministration, Pastor Onyekachi, instructed that everyone place their hands on any part of their body where they needed healing, she said just placed it there without serious conviction, but to her surprise God healed her totally (not still sure, she said she went to confirm if the ailment was still there, but eventually it had gone) and God also gave her a miracle to be sponsored to any level of education she desires. Praise God! Testifier: Mr. Kinsley Maggy.

2. I worshiped at Dominion City last week for the first time. During the week I had the conviction to attend the Communion Service, I praise the name of the Lord for His grace, but during the Word ministration at the Communion Service I received a Word from God which has transformed my life so much. Testifier: Mr. Larry.

3. I was believing God for so much that I decided to enlist about 30 of them. I told God that I want Him to do for at least 10 within the next seven days. Miraculously, God had started sorting out all the issues. Praise God! Testifier: Mr. Segun.

WORD MINISTRATION

FIVE LEVELS OF SPIRITUAL MATURITY

- PASTOR DIRE 

1. Believers/ Children of God (1 Peter 2:2, Psalm 68:6, Hebrews 5:12): 

They require regular monitoring. They always want to be spoon-fed. They are always crying; always wanting instantaneous answers regardless of whether the provision is available. They always need milk. They don't have a particular Church they worship, they are always moving from one place to another (never stable). As a believer know those who rule over you. As long as you are a Christian, you must belong to a Church. Believers are those set of people that seek their own good only and have their own plans.

2. Members:

They have sense of belonging. They belong to a Church. They are no longer children at this level

3. Disciples (Psalm 23):

Is a student who is ready to seat at the feet of the master, learn from the master and reproduce the master. Jesus Christ is the Shepard and has given everyone a Shepard. Locate a Christ believing Church, the Church teaches Biblical Principles. Disciples are those who have willingly laid down their will to be taught and reproduce the DNA of his master. You can never arrive at your desired destination without a mentor (Shepard). Disciples submit to authorities. Jesus Christ is the Father of the Church and the Church on earth is the Mother. A Disciple's life must be a direct replica of Jesus' life.

4. Ministers:

At this level, you have started manifesting your calling. You now have the ability to represent exactly the mission and vision of the master. You are now an ambassador. You now carry the anointing of your master (case study: Elijah and Elisha). When you are faithful at this level, then you move to Sonship.

5. Sons (John 10:30):

Very few individuals get to the level of sons. A Son takes the business of his Father as his own. God prefers Sons to servants. A Son serves with ownership mentality. A Son knows what to do without being told. A Son is differentiated by his interest in the Father and love for the Father than in the job but servants are after the job. Servants don't have relationship with the Father

If you weigh your spiritual life, what level are you? A Child? A Member? A Disciple? A Minister? A Son?. Do you prefer your needs to God's own needs? Whatever you have acquired from your Father, they are eternally treasure. Any spiritual level you are before you die is the level you are forever. The nature of God is love and kindness. Are you accountable? How many souls have you brought to God? Pray to God to grant you grace to grow, grace to be able to submit and to seek God's love at all times. Retrace your steps back to Christ Jesus, in Him only can all your needs be met. Surrender all to Him, withhold nothing.

How To Carry God And Manifest God By Pastor Dire.

Text: Leviticus 9 verses 6-7, 22-23.

How to carry and manifest God's presence consistently. Meditation is breaking the word into digestive pieces. The realm of the supernatural is timeless limit.

Most believers live a life of self guilt but God has forgiven us but we still live with guilty conscience of our past lives.

Keys to carry God's presence:
Surrender the Body: Earthen suit is costly in the realm of the spirit.
Surrender your will.
Maintain constant Fellowship.

To make God appear.

The Altar- There is no ruler ship without a living altar. We are living in a world that is ruled by battle of the word.

The Blood of Jesus washes away your sins.

Talk to the Holy Spirit throughout the day.
